This pendant features a genuine Fordite "stone" that has been set in sterling and fine silver. This piece is speculated to be dated from around the 1950's. 18" chain.
Fordite is layers of hardened automotive paint from the old Detroit car manufacturing plants. The layers condensed over the years and the fordite "stones" have become quite collectable.
