If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact me right away (before leaving feedback) so we can sort it out!

I work hard to create beautiful, durable, high quality designs and ensure that they reach my customers in pristine condition. Even so, there is always the possibility of a mishap. In the unlikely event that something goes awry, I will do everything in my power to quickly correct the issue!

I accept exchanges, returns, or repairs within 30 days of sale (45 days for international orders). All returns must be in undamaged, unworn, unaltered condition and shipped in appropriate packaging. Returns will be refunded for the cost of the item. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred in the return process.
